Cricket and geranium

I am really enjoying the longer evenings and the chance to wander round the garden when I get home from work.

We get a lot of speckled bush crickets in our garden in the summer and I've blipped them before. This tiny one was hopping around the geraniums planted by the pond. I really like the spots on the cricket and the strong lines on the petals of the flower. I almost went in for my tripod or monopod and I wish I had now as the image is not that sharp.
