Essex County Athletics Championships

This is day 2 of the Essex Track and Field Athletic Championships. A windy day but we did manage to avoid any rain even though it looks very stormy. My senior athletes (over 20 years of age) achieved some good results over the two days of competition:
MH - Gold in men’s 400 metres and Bronze in men’s 200 metres
RW - Bronze in Ladies 400 metres
LK - Silver in men’s 400 metres Hurdles
MB - Bronze in Ladies 400 metres Hurdles
JB - Silver in men’s Long Jump
