Jelly Beans

In my search for backgrounds I noticed the window of my local corner shop, the Jelly Beans looked great if a bit faded, but I can jazz them up in software. Then a thought struck me, am I stealing some one's copyright? It really is a mine field, it is on view in public, and if it was a building I would not ask, but a poster, weird.
