Warm-up food for tomorrow's BUPA 10k race!

When I signed up, I was aiming for a time of 45 minutes, but since then, I've done minimal running, a bit of rowing and a bit of cycling! Maybe the combination of the three will prove to be some magical combination to propel me to a PB in front of the queen and Buckingham Palace!
