Achievement of a lifetime

It'd be hard for most people to look at this picture and see how it could be an achievement of a lifetime. But that's certainly what if feels like.

I struggle with keeping this tidy. Since I moved into this room I don't think I've ever had it fully tidy and organised once.

Every now and then I try. Usually by chucking everything one corner of the room, and working from there... but usually getting tired / fed-up / overwhelmed long before I'm even nearly finished.

This weekend my flatmate is away, so everything went in the hall, and started from scratch with a practically empty room.

Also re-arranged it, as I've done many times, but this layout is definitely my favourite.

I like that it feels like a desperate bedroom and living room. Particularly that I can't see the bed when in the 'living room'.

I also like the idea of using the clothes rail as a room divider. Actual room dividers are shit expensive.

I have a wardrobe too, but the clothes rail also gives me a kinda 'walk-in wardrobe feel.' Definitely an added bonus.

Now just gotta sort the office...
