Nice trousers...........

..............where did you get it?

Artwork being moved from the bank where it was being exhibited to another place. The artist is well know in Iceland, she makes sculptures from leftover pieces of wood and all the figures are in actual size. Her name is Aðalheiður S. Eysteinsdóttir and you can read all about her and her artistic family here

Today my daughter and her college school mates were celebrating last day of school. The students put on colorful costumes and drive through town to their teachers homes to say goodbye and give them presents. They also go to the center of the town to sing and entertain themselves and others. In the evening they dine with the teachers in the scool and late in the evening each class has a party. My daughters party was held in our home. You can see pictures from the celebration here maybe you have to scroll down the page to see the pictuers.
