Flower(s) in the Rain

I love Saturdays mainly because we meet up with eldest son and our gorgeous 2 year old grand-daughter (who I may have mentioned just a few times before!!!) Today we woke to leaden skies and pouring rain. We decided to meet half way at a National Trust property called Nymans, and luckily the rain held off long enough for us to explore the wonderful grounds. Despite being so young, Amelia was fascinated by everything she saw and happily walked for miles around the gardens. Just as we finished the tour, the rain returned so we jumped in our cars and went to a 16th C pub in a country village outside Brighton called Henfield for a late lunch. A perfect day.
ps. The title of today's Blip is a song by a 1960s band called The Move and, a bit of trivia, was apparently the first song played on Radio 1. http://youtu.be/iQOc_hgpyPE
