Makes the waterfront look VERY futuristic

That bow looks like it is used to high speed, would love to see it underway.
But it looks like the designers couldn't agree on what they were designing?!

Thanks to Petespics for the link below in his comment, this is the "A", owned by Russian billionaire Andrei Melnichenko, 394 ft, costing $300 million US$. It's a pretty radical design which draws lots of attention wherever it travels and he is now building an even larger one.
