Inquisitors?

You see all sorts of costumes on the streets of Fishguard during the annual folk music weekend. It was this row of Puritan hats that caught my eye and, with the woman's face between them, brought to mind the fear, intolerance and repression associated with the Salem witch trials and The Scarlet Letter.

I reality I imagine they were simply making important decisions about lunch.
