Country Walk!

We went out for a walk this morning up Dark Lane as the weather was fine. You do end up on the way to Boulsworth Hill but we didn't go that far. When you are looking back you see a different view over Trawden and further afield They are wonderful views and you can see Pendle Hill in the distance.

Last nights Italian meal in Lancaster was very nice and the birthday girl had a lovely cake. She is 11 tomorrow and will be starting secondary school next term.

After such a lovely morning it is raining now. We are expecting other grandchildren to call this afternoon so we had better get the toys ready.
