Late night munchies

I have no idea why but I had an urge to make some homemade flapjack on a Saturday evening. I also didn't think it was as late as it was when I started heating up a saucepan full of golden syrup, brown sugar and butter. So this was taken just before it went in the oven at 9:45pm!
