Today I am having a great day!
The sun is shining after a week of showers!
I have cleaned my kitchen!
I have hugged a friend that I haven't seen for ages and arranged to go out this week!
I have been to a food festival in the local park just across the road in town!
and I have weeded all my pots outside ready to plant summer things!

The food festival was amazing!
Lots of stalls selling tasty things, lots of free samples and great music!
I have tried samosas, goat curry, lemon pickle, apple, pea and mint muffins, rhubarb and custard ice cream, and Oliver and I have eaten a lot of fudge!
He has made a sun catcher and planted a sunflower seed in a pot!
Alice stood up on her own for the first time and also enjoyed the samosas!

I have just re-read what I've written and it definitely has been an exclamation mark kind of a day! :-)
