The Eyes Have It

I was fortunate to meet this European Eagle Owl today. They used to fly wild and free in the British Isles though were hunted out of existence, so now are found only in protected places such as Fens Falconries, where this owl lives.

His handler Mike has a wonderful rapport with this noble creature.
