BUPA 10k London

These were amongst the first finishers of the 10k. A bit further back were Linda, Bob, Cathryn and a selection of our local parkrunners - plus Elaine (from our Sunday run) - well done everyone. They were all faster than Mo (who was Mr Starter and didn’t run).

The unsung heroes, getting up early and volunteering to control part of the 12,000+ runners were: Colin (in charge with a megaphone and radio!), Dave, Sarah, Georgina, Erling and the Soups.
