Today's activities

They're always highly anticipated.

The derbys against Seattle or Portland are when both sets of supporters put in extra effort to win the bragging rights. The teams know how much they mean to the supporters.
Today, was our first derby of the season. A sell out crowd, two thousand visiting supporters, and our defence of the Cascadia Cup begins.
A cracker of a game, which the 'Caps should have won comfortably, but didn't put several good chances away.
Thanks to a dubious penalty call in the 83rd minute, the visitors earned a point in the 2-2 draw.
Next weekend, another derby, Portland away. I shall be there so bring it on!

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
