The morning after

Several people attending yesterday's wedding stayed over, either camping or in bed and breakfast accommodation at the local pub. Roland and I hired a van and - as we did when we went to festivals - put the mattress and bedding off our bed in the back so that we could sleep as snug as the proverbial bugs in a rug.

Everyone chipped in to help clear the marquee and field up - it didn't take long - but the pile of empties was quite spectacular.

Our lovely hosts, Sally, David and Sally's mum and family provided a fabulous fry-up which we all shared outside. A perfect follow-up to the perfection of yesterday.
