The amazing Clare!

We have spent the day as guests of a very dear friend and former neighbour who had a surprise birthday party organised for her by lovely daughter Clare. It was such a happy occasion and lovely to be able to catch up with old friends of the family and meet new ones too. Clare had organised everything and it was, as we have come to expect, quite perfect.
Clare used to babysit our children when she was a teenager and worked with HG who gave her first job. She now works for BA but in her spare time works for the charity Dreamflight which changes young lives through taking children with a serious illness or disability on the holiday of a lifetime. She organises large events to raise money for the holidays and has been able to meet quite a few famous faces in the course of the job. In her 'smallest room' she has masses of photos of celebrities who have helped the cause. With a smile like hers how could you not want to help!
