Medallion Man

I really enjoyed the Bupa London 10k today. I was flying for the first 6.5k but the lack of distance in my training came home to roost as I struggled towards the end in the heat. Overall a great day out in London, though. I'll be back again next year. Here's my medal and tee shirt.
