Platform 11a

Missed my usual train home from the dancing, and ended up taking the 11:05.

For some reason this was leaving from the end of Platform 11a. This platform sticks well out onto the railway bridge out of Central Station - by the time you reach the end, you're halfway across the Clyde. It's a favourite haunt of train spotters, but not really a great spot for pics. Although well elevated above the river, the view is largely blocked by the bridge structure.

This is some Virgin train trundling into Central. Long exposure makes it look like imminent disaster though.
