Where did that four years go

For the last four years I have been studying Feldenkrais (well longer than that but formally for four years). It has been a remarkable journey and will of course continues well in many ways it is only just beginning. And this was the setting for this programme this rather chic arty little village in the south of England - Ditchling. It will always hold some very special memories for me of love, laughter (lots of that), lots of food healthy and otherwise, friendship, fun, and life giving learning with a great group of people and some remarkable trainers.
