Milestone
I haven't been mentioning my weight loss on social media, but I don't have an interesting photo from today and I hit an important milestone - I've lost 2 stone since January. I've been eating smaller portions and exercising and it's made such a big difference. I'm past my initial target weight now but would still like to lose a little bit more. I've never dieted before so it's been an interesting experience and very useful to learn how to reduce my calorie intake.
