Cooks, crooks and crockery

In this game of cooking food and presenting it on a plate to which you hope your fellow human will enjoy the graft , skill and dedication that has gone into every succulent mouthful , you have to appreciate good ingredients and have a knowledge of what your produce is. Sometimes after cooking in a heat infested kitchen with drooling tears of sweat this cook/chef will be startled by how much he really cares for his food, wether it be a fine cut of meat or just a bowl of well seasoned chips.
