another day, another celebration! Such happy times!
Em's nursery friend turned the grand old age of four. Whilst we congregated in the yard a neighbour brought his immaculate vintage tractors on by, one red, one orange, for a trailer ride around the meadows and woods surrounding the homestead. We made the most of the sunshine, chatting with other parents whilst the little people busied themselves with the outdoors. Soon enough the black cloud banking up on the horizon turned to thunder. Big wet raindrops sent us all skitter-scurrying inside for chocolate construction site cake, complete with wiggly jelly worms!
