Playing ball

Little S is a much more independent child than little H, perhaps because she is not used to having undivided adult attention. She was perfectly happy to go off across the garden with a ball chanting "Catch" as she threw it and chased it. Her big sister did join in moments later but I love this image of our brave little self-sufficient toddler setting off across our patch of home. It is so different to our life in India and I am so happy for the sake of these playtimes to be back.
