Don't be afraid of the dark.

Had a sudden urge to take a murky still life.
I used to commission a lot of photography for newspapers and it was always beaten into me that there should be 'detail in the shadows', as the quality of paper and ink would often make the image murky in the dark areas. I've only just realised I'm still doing this for everything. Even stuff that only will ever be seen on a lit up screen or where the shadows work better filled in. So I just got up and took this. Fuck you habits. You've ruled my life for long enough. Back in bed now. Let's not rush things.
