I have to swallow, force down or whatever else you would like to call it 6 Moxypen 500mg tablets at 2 pm today for a dentist appointment at 3pm. The last three I have to take later tonight.

All to ensure that my mechanical aortic valve keeps ticking...

Any suggestion on how I am going to get this down will be gratefully appreciated..
