The Silver Ring

I mentioned in yesterday's Blip that my wife had bought me a new silver wedding ring to replace one which had gone missing some time ago. It was a perfect fit and is a real tribute to the craftmanship of the maker Michael Kay.

After a relaxing morning we are off to Dobbies in Perth to spend my Birthday token before going, would you believe, to another hospital appointment - this time in Perth Royal Infirmary. I have a suspicious thing on my head (bump/lump?) which the Dermatologist will investigate. Don't let anyone tell you that NHS Scotland does not provide a magnificent service.

I hope my friends in the south are enjoying reasonable weather for Bank Holiday Monday.
