Cluj-Naproca

Last day in the third largest city in Romania and we did all the site-seeing; the new football stadium, the city's park, McDonald's for lunch - and then a Zoo (wildlife park really) in the mountains in the afternoon. A simply stunning location but hard not to feel sorry for the animals who lived there. Some looked so unhappy - all except this beautiful, friendly donkey who lifted the mood with his expressive face. Romania has been a fabulous experience and I would recommend Cluj-Naproca to anyone who looks at the message and gets this far; a charming city, incredibly friendly people and a great climate.
