Global challenge

This year I joined a team for the Global Corporate Challenge which starts on Weds but I thought I would test out the pedometer today. I expected it to be fully automated but it turns out you manually enter your number of steps each day! Should be easy enough on running days and will encourage me to do more walking on non running days.
