Again. This time we're actually starting the job that seems to have been in the planning for months and months. Some things still need finalising, but at last we're actually stripping out the interior ready for the structural work.

These tulip trees form avenues over the park down the way I walk from the underground but I'd never noticed them before, I just thought they were a sort of Sycamore or Maple.
