MonoMonday: Weather

The weather forecast says a few clouds 13c - feels like 13c. Wind 5kmh from NW. Afternoon high of 16c and 20% P.O.P. Wind increasing to 10kmh from SW.

The most obvious sign of the weather for me was the wind and I've tried to capture it through the movement of our Tibetan Prayer Flags (a common sight on Salt Spring Island).
