Pine near my home, new little
cones bursting with life


Yesterday I walked this way under my brolly, sheltering from a biblical, end-of-days rain and hail storm. Today, with blue skies and bird song, I noticed the gorgeous new growth on this lovely Scots Pine (Scotland's national tree)
