Cauliflower pizza

Tried these Ruby Tandoh cauliflower-based pizzas for tea. Absolutely scrummy! A bit of a faff but well worth it and I will make these again I'm sure. Recipe here.

The pizza was the end to a rather lovely day spent with friends. We started at soft play where the mummies had a good natter and our six children had a good run about. Then after lunch we decamped back here for tea, more chatter and a few more hours' play in the garden for the kids! Nice to have a spot of sunshine again after the recent deluge.
