Swollen Foot

I have no idea what insult my left foot received or when it happened. I don't remember anything falling on it or tripping or catching it on something. Perhaps my mind has blocked out the trauma to save itself.
And the foot isn't talking either; except to complain when I get up in the morning or walk too long on concrete floors.
