Cefn Onn blossom

It is Mervi's last weekend with us. We had intending to take her to West Wales, but the forecast was too wet for camping. Today was actually quite bright so we visited Cefn Onn Park in Lisvane and then went over to Roath Park Lake.

Once again I have a photo of an unknown blossom. The rhododendrons and azaleas are lovely at Cefn Onn, but a lot of the bushes have nearly finished blooming now. This looks similar to a rhododendron but the flowers seem to be different. Whatever it is, it is very beautiful.
