Women on Nauset Light Beach

I initially resisted taking this as it nearly looks derivative (and it makes me think of the film The Piano which I loved, not least for the fact Holly Hunter played her own compositions). But the two women were striking and the beach lovely in spite of gray skies.

Didn't work for MonoMonday given the medium tones, though the theme of weather would have!

I wish I were still there looking at the surf and listening to the birds, but it was great to get away. Thanks to Mr. Cicada for heroic drives to and from.
