SMILE means HOPE

According to CBN news, in the Philippines, more than 220,000 children live on the streets of its major cities.Many spend their day begging for money to buy food. While we were photo-walking in the Old Market of Olongapo City, I saw a street child smiling at me. Her smile signifies that there is still hope for her even though she was neglected by her parents.
