St George's Church, Sheffield, which closed in 1981. In 1994 the University of Sheffield bought it and converted it into student accomodation and a lecture theatre. Visited my niece here today...she has part of a stained glass window and a good view of the clock tower in her room. Spot the bird watchers in the picture....in 2010 a nesting box was placed near the top of the tower which is now home to a breeding pair of peregrine falcons.
