The Front Stairs

These elegant, curving stairs were the first thing we saw when the real estate agent showed us our home. They are just inside the front door, and the moment I laid eyes on them, I knew I had to live in this house.

The hand rail and balusters were made from Black Walnut trees that were growing on the property back in the early 1800's.
