We are managing three irish setters now, and it is mostly working. Finn, the new boy, is an SPCA special, has been mistreated for sometime, and is recovering from chronic ear infections. The hardest bit so far has been helping him understand where he sits in the pack hierarchy - bottom - below the humans, the cats and the other dogs (in that order). We've had a few decent fights between the boy dogs, resulting in some blood and tears, but we are getting there.
