Piccolo Pizza

Teeny little pizzas for Baby Brightness today. I used a cookie cutter to remove the centre from a couple of tortillas (her siblings used them to make their own pizzas). Topped with purreed tomatoes, herbs, tomato, mushroom, pineapple, red pepper and a few slices of a vegan cheese that actually tastes like cheese. The noises from Baby Brightness tell me that this is a big hit.
