Much marigold in the marsh
Diverted on the way back from Lochgilphead - dentist and mower mechanic, not for the same reason - and sat by the Crinan Canal to finish my ice lolly. Quite warm today! Then I stopped again after having flashed by a nice clump of marsh marigold, Caltha palustris, growing in a stream just north of Kilmartin. I had to walk back a quarter of a mile, dodging the traffic, but was pleased to get my picture - so here it is!
