Some Ice cream...

After washing her balcony's windows and shopping in flower nursery, we had cons of delicious ice cream today with my mother. There is a new Minetti -ice cream kiosk nearby, with even about 35 different flavours. I wonder what would you like???

Thin ice cream is manufactured in Tampere a long time - The manufacturing started early in 1900's as an italian guy Giuseppe Minetti started his factory here. Later as he had a family with a finn lady the ice cream business was going very well: All the children Marino, Rinaldo, Albino, Marietta ja Adolfo, were in business as groving older, as there was a lot to do - for excample in 1900's all the ice had to cut from the lake Pyhäjärvi so that the ice cream could be storaged through the summers... In 1940's Minetti had to stop manufacturing ice cream due the war time in Finland . Today all the Minetti- ice cream kiosks sell the original ice cream and it is already the fourth generation that manufactures this special local ice cream.

First day of my vacation, very cold day, only +5c warm. Rainy and cloudy too. I took a long nap afternoon. Felt so good.
