Rapt Attention

I am not a motorcycling fan, having been to too many Coroners' inquests in my former working life.

However I can see the attraction of it to cycle race fans.

So here we are at the end of my road on the second evening of practices for the Isle of Man TT Races.

You would not believe how many photographs were taken in order to get one glimpse of an ephemeral cyclist wizzing by at some awe inspiring speed.

It has been a good day for the bees and I am well on with the extraction of the first of this year's honey crop.

I am open to questions about the onion shaped building in the background.
