Wedding Day

We have had a lovely day today! This morning, Katie's godmother married a great chap. Katie and Haydn were fabulous. Haydn walked his mummy down the aisle, complete with his Monkey because Katie had her Monkey. They had both been very excited and took quite a bit of distracting from putting their wedding clothes on first thing. Katie is wearing her first of her two mama-made dresses. We went for a very nice meal - she ate a huge chicken meal. We got back to theirs midafternoon, when I was on children duty while people went to get the venue ready for tomorrow's big celebrations of the marriage. Katie was asking if it was bedtime from 3.30. I managed to convince her to wait until 6.30!
