Cleveley's Ogre

This rather friendly looking ogre was installed in January on the beach in Cleveley. His seaweed hair is coming on rather nicely.
He guards another sculpture nearby, Mary's Shell.
These artworks and others are part of the "Mythic Wyre Coast" project.
We walked here along the promenade (and sometimes the glorious beach) from Bispham.
