Rain stops play

What a dull, dull day. My day was so dull that my meeting with the Head of Lamp Posts which should have been the highlight of my day, was cancelled due to excess rain.

The girls day was so dull that making their own tea while I did dull paperwork, was actually exciting for them.

After working out that it's better to toast the bread than microwave it they managed to solve an age old childhood problem of soggyfied toast by keeping their hoops separate in my lovely gold ceramic takeaway containers. Perfect solution. Happy girls. Dull day made good. And now time for the compulsory how-many-spag-hoops-can-you-load-onto-a-fork? competition.
