.... but is it art?
Early morning at Tate Modern. Someone with a baby buggy had carefully walked too and fro, the length of the front concourse. As you might if you were moving a lawn.
This created a defined pattern on the fresh snow, interrupted by a swerve to avoid the umbrella.
Highlights of the day at TM were two bald twins sitting below two identical Damien Hirst canvasses. I asked them whether they were part of the installation and one of them replied that although he'd love to say they were just two brothers sitting down to have a rest, they were in fact part of the piece. This gave me a flashback to a Hoxton Square experience..
The other was watching a gallery assistant rugby tackle a 12 year old boy about to go into the 'adult' part of the Pop Life show.
