Birds of a feather

What does birds of a feather really mean ? Im off to google it after my posting.

Opened the curtains this morning, after a bit of a sleep in, as was heading off to first aid, and spied this on the driveway.

Not sure what it is, as I suspect it's too big for a duck. All I know it is one ugly bird and it has left me little deposits on my driveway.

So sorry not a manequin in site for my photo today, but I can do CPR if I had too.
