Morecambe Bay

An early walk along the prom as part of our exercise regime and I managed the steep hill back home without a stop. Yay.

I am meeting a friend for lunch and have a committee meeting later. In between lots of chores and prep for the boys' arrival this evening.

It will be good to see them.
